How Returns & Exchanges Policy works?

Here at DownForced AU, we offer a 14-day exchange/replacement, or partial refund policy on all our clothing, covering any manufacturing faults or defects. This includes issues such as zips, overlocking, hems, prints, stitching, fabric, embroidery, or any damage that occurred during shipping.
We accept returns within 14 business days of delivery, provided the item is faulty and

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags and packaging

Partial Refund Policy
Don't want the hassle of returning the damaged/faulty items for an exchange? Don't worry.. We got you!

Our Partial Refund Policy offers 40% back on the item price (excluding shipping) for damaged or faulty items, provided the claim is made within 14 days of delivery with PROOF.

Unfortunately, none of these policies does not cover

  • Change of mind

  • Damage caused by incorrect washing or care

  • Damage from working on your car (yes, including rolling in oil 😅)

  • General wear and tear, burnouts, or rough handling

Order Changes Policy (Size Only)
⚠️ PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
  • Size changes are allowed ONLY within 1–3 hours of the first order confirmation email.

  • Once the second confirmation email is sent, we are unable to make any changes.

  • After this window, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be modified.

Cancellations
  • Orders may be cancelled after the second confirmation email but before dispatch.

  • Only a 30% refund of the order total (excluding shipping) will apply.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

To request a size change, contact us ASAP with:

  • Your order number

  • The requested size change

We’ll do our best to accommodate changes but,

Custom / Made-to-Order Items
  • Items that are custom-made or personalised (such as custom car colour designs) are not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out as per above policies ASAP.

Return Shipping
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect for the partial refund option.
